HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS YOU’D LOVE TO TRY TOMORROW MORNING                                               


Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.It plays a role in yor overall health and wellbeing. Most times,people take bread and tea for breakfast because it is handy and easy to make.Just walk over to the stores and your breakfast is ready,meanwhile there are a lot of healthy breakfast ideas worth trying.
Unfortunately, this type of breakfast everyday,contributes much in increasing your weight and loading your system with sugar and unhealthy calories, which adversely affects your health in the long run.
One rule for healthy nutrition: vary what you have for breakfast everyday of the week and here are healthy ideas you’d love:
  1. Acha (Fonio ) porridge: Wash acha and boil in plain water until it is cooked.Serve with milk and honey.

2.Wheat Porridge: Put water to boil.Melt the desired quantity of grounded whole wheat in water and pour it into the boiling water on the fire.Keep stirring until it is cooked.It should be of a dropping consistency.Serve with low fat milk and honey.

3. Tom Brown:This is a mixture of fried guinea corn,soya beans,groundnut and crayfish. Prepare as pap (akamu,ogi ) but still cook it a little more on the fire until it is well cooked.Serve with low fat milk and honey.

4.Tamba Porridge:Wash and dry your Tamba.Grind with ginger,pepper corn and any other spice of your choice.Prepare like Tom Brown.Serve with low fat milk and honey.

5.Oats Porridge: Bring water to boil.Pour the desired quantity of oats.Add a pinch of salt.When cooked serve with a low fat milk and honey.

These breakfast ideas are good for the whole family even diabetics. If you are diabetic, you can omit the honey.For children, you can use normal milk.The low fat skimmed milk is for weight watchers and diabetics.
